What to Expect

Business Communication Training clients have achieved significant improvement by increasing their awareness of their own communication skills and decreasing ineffective habits both in speaking and listening.

Training includes:

Group or individual training

Individual evaluations include:

Loudness, rate pronunciation and inflection

Behavior traits and how they work with other styles (DiSC)

Assessing communication style during a normal working day

Evaluating your communication during conflict

3- 12 hours of instruction (based on initial assessment and goals)
