Interpersonal/"People Skills" Individual Training

Focus: improvement with voice, body language and word choice

	Individual Assessment
	18-48 hour program based on initial assessment results
	One two hour session per week with flexible scheduling
	Weekly home assignments
	Audio taping of speaking skills in daily activities to assess effectiveness
	Topics include: Effective Listening, Appropriate Body Language, Voice, Use of Humor, Effective Word Usage, Social Communication

Voice Enrichment Individual Training

Focus: improvement with loudness, rate and/or pitch inflections

Initial assessment

6 - 12 one and a half hour weekly sessions*

Topics include: Volume, Rate of Speech, Pitch Inflections and Pronunciation

Weekly assignments for using new speaking skills in everyday life
